The Challenge
With the introduction of RDR (the Retail Distribution Review) meaning that all pension advice now needs to be fee based, it has become increasingly important for financial advisers to demonstrate the value of advice.
So to help advisers to help their clients make informed decisions about their pensions, LV= wanted to develop a free, impartial retirement modelling tool to help create, view and analyse different client retirement risks.
The Moreish Approach
Moreish developed an interactive app for advisers to use when advising clients that was impartial and added huge value to these important conversations, whilst showcasing LV=’s range of retirement solutions.
We worked with LV= in a consultative, design and development capacity to create an app that is available to download on iTunes and Google play.
The Results
- The Retirement Hopscotch app has been downloaded and/or used online by more than 1,000 advisers.
- The tool online has an average session duration of over 11 minutes showing high levels of engagement.
